the location worked well as it was near transport. staff helped me change to a ground floor room due to my fractured foot. i forgot my ring after checkout. the staff found it quickly and notified me, which i appreciated. the check-in process across the road from the hotel was easy.

the walls had markings. there was dust, which i noticed immediately.

this place is close to victoria station, practical. many places to eat and drink surround the hotel. it is situated in a nice neighborhood near various shops. this made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

the receptionist across the road from the accommodation was helpful. the cleaning lady spoke perfect spanish and helped us. the staff notified me quickly when they found my ring. their honesty and efficiency are commendable.

A Rather Disappointing Room

My room was quite small, barely allowing me to move around freely. I found significant dust accumulation on the furniture and in corners. It seems a deep cleaning is not regularly performed. The provided soap was labeled for both body and shampoo use, hardly luxurious given the hotel's description.

I found the proximity to Victoria Railway Station very convenient. The shower was modern and provided excellent water pressure. I noticed staff maintained room cleanliness to a high standard .

The small room size made fully opening my suitcase difficult. There was limited space.

I found the location perfect for getting around. Check-in was easy at the hotel across the street. I really appreciated being close to everything! The accommodations were very nice and had everything I needed.

The sink drained a little slowly, but it wasn't a big deal.

Great Value Near Victoria Station

The room had all the basics and felt clean. The bathroom was super clean (I really checked!). I appreciated the tea and coffee in the room after arriving. The location was convenient to the coach station, made my departure easy.

The room was quite small, so it felt a bit cramped. I booked a double room, and it was definitely a tight squeeze.
